SUMMER PROGRAM: The Triad Blackhawks uniquely offer both a house program and a travel program at both the U19 High School level (high school players who have not turned 19 as of January 1, 2010) and at the U15 level (players without high school experience who Have not turned 15 before January 1, 2010). Those who make the travel team will participate in both programs. Those who choose not to try out for the travel team or who try out but do not make the team will participate in our house program. Both programs will include drills, agility work, small-sided scrimmages, and full scrimmages, along with player evaluation. With limited exceptions, U19 High School players and U15 players will Generally practice and play separately. Each travel team will play in at least two competitive weekend tournaments this summer.
WHEN and WHERE: Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 pm until 8 pm at Western Guilford High School in Greensboro, beginning June 8 and continuing until July 15. We may occasionally have practices at other locations. Travel teams will also practice on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 8 pm at Western Guilford High School.
